While at my families Christmas gathering on Saturday evening, we received a phone call from the hospital informing us that my grandpa had passed away on the way to meet us for Christmas. Say a prayer for my family, if you would. 🙏🏼♥️

@DavidMcGovern @ScottShoemake I believe this! The enemy of Unity many times is attempt at uniformity that clogs the creativity and diversity of the people to flow in their giftings. If we were all the same there would be no need for unity in the first place.

@CorttChavis @ScottShoemake Good dialogue. My .02: Unity ≠ uniformity. In pursuit of revival, we should strive for unity of spirit & vision (Acts 2:1, Phil 2:2), without unnecessarily mandating uniformity across all issues (Acts 15:28). Early church was potent when unified (yet not always uniform).

In the Kingdom of this culture Unity will never be promoted. There’s no money in it…. In the Kingdom of God Unity must be promoted. There’s no revival without it….

@ScottShoemake I understand where you are coming from but Jesus told them to Love one another. He also told them the world would recognize the legitimacy of their discipleship by the love they had for each other.

@CorttChavis I love unity, want unity...but you didn’t see it in an overarching way in Jesus’ ministry, the early church, or in the last century of global revival. God doesn’t need us all to get along, He just needs a few on fire!

King Jesus has been dethroned by King Clock in our worship services. Many people walk in, leaving. The two hands of the clock are choking the move of the Spirit. We must get the real King back on the throne.

To whom it may concern, When your neighbor is winning it doesn’t mean you are losing. Learning how to celebrate others is a muscle that needs exercising. Life is better when we celebrate each other. I love you and I think you’re dope!!

Question? Could we stop taking cheap shots at “American Christians” because they aren’t facing what “Afghani Christians” are facing right now? Let’s pray for our Brothers & Sisters & ask for God to protect them. Also, let’s stop comparing. I heard somewhere that wasn’t wise. 🤷🏽‍♂️
