@HumanaHelp Where is my OTC order? It has been sitting in Fedex since 2/19. Also, you cancelled one of the items and have not credited back to my account so i can't even go to the store and purchase what i need. This is all super annoying.

@TeamTurboTax What is the reason that Form 1116, Schedule B is not available for E-File this year and will you give us a refund on our TurboTax product purchase?

@turbotax You couldn't suck more. I am trying to find out when you will update your fed form to include Form 1116, Schedule B, and I'm not paying you a penny more just to find out. This is looking like my last year with @Turbotax.

@MP4_4_1988 @TeamTurboTax This year you must file Schedule B to form 1116. When you finish your taxes it will not let you file without Schedule B. @turbotax @TeamTurboTax is saying that you must paper file because the required schedule will not be available for efile - only paper file. Major #TTfailure

@TeamTurboTax I don’t need Sch B. Just 1116. What is 1119? If you mean 1116, the Frderal Individual Form Availability page says E-file available. Is this incorrect?

I have used @turbotax for years, which always has all forms up to date, but it seems that TT is not as good this year, as it says Form 1116 isn't ready blaming IRS not making it ready yet. But IRS does have one for 2021. as of Jan 4.

@TeamTurboTax This is an insufficient answer. We have weeks before the deadline. Fix this problem.

If you have foreign tax credit to deal with @turbotax @TeamTurboTax is not your best choice. TT has not released Form1116 Schedule B. This is REQUIRED by the IRS. They've not given any good ways to handle this. We are on our own.

@evopumplarry @TeamTurboTax @sasan_goodarzi It's absolutely ridiculous. We just had a @turbotax @TeamTurboTax employee tell us we shouldn't file a return with out the schedule B and then amend. But she offered NO SOLUTIONS! TONE DEAF.
