@joelmacken It is a cool result. There are technically it three fully diminished chords... All of the others are inversions!

Every couple of months, I remember that a fully diminished chord is the fully diminished chord based off of every note that it's composed of, and my musical workload gets three times easier. Thanks, #musictheory!

@jygotbeats @NI_Maschine If you know what 7 notes you have in your key, you can number them 1-7 (with Roman numerals, but we don't need to worry about that). In the key if C, basically Am/E becomes 6/3 or vi/iii, which is Bm/F# in the key of D.

Any #musictheory people wanna help me? @NI_Maschine has a function called chord set. The examples in Cmaj. if i change the key to D would that make an Ami/E now G#mi/F#? Basically whats the formula to transpose the chords?

@jygotbeats @NI_Maschine To learn how to transpose, you need to know (or have access to) the circle of fifths. There are twelve keys, each with a different mix of naturals, sharps, and flats. It's organized in a circle because it puts them in the order in which they're most related to each other.
