Passed my written today, now time to focus on prepping for my check-ride!

This is Bexley, she’s a 3 year old goofball. We brought her home on Friday from a Golden Retriever rescue. She was a breeder surrender and more than likely has never been inside a house before. She’s still not sure of the house but when she gets outside she’s a nut!

Thanks friends for all the well wishes. Unfortunately Lily took a turn for the worst yesterday. We showered her with love and treats all night and said our goodbyes this morning. She’s at peace. Run fast and free baby girl ❤️ 08/20/13 - 01/11/23

Lily had a limp that started 2 months ago. Two vets and two radiologists later and yesterday she was given the diagnosis of osteosarcoma. I’m shattered friends. She’s the first dog I’ve ever had and she was the one that made me realize how much I needed her.

We went to the pet shop to look at shelter cats and there were the greyhounds at a monthly meetup. We met her at a follow up and she was so shy. I fell for her immediately. I don’t know how long we have left with her but I want her to be the happiest greyhound that she can be

I had my first discovery flight today. Had a nice little tour of Columbus. I was able to see the Zoo and where the Columbus Crew play. (alt video: A panning shot of the Columbus skyline and the Scioto River)
