@TfL 3/3 All he was trying to do was get home from school. He didn't argue or cause a fuss. He got off the bus clearly distressed. Heartbreaking to see and distressing to witness. Do better.

@TfL 1/3 At 4.05pm today this driver on the 419 bus going towards Richmond, acted horribly towards a young school boy. The young man clearly in school uniform boarded the bus in Roehampton and explained that he had lost his oyster card.

@TfL 2/3 The driver was very rude to him but calmly this boy asked to be let on. The driver responded by sounding an alarm "THIS BUS IS UNDER ATTACK, CALL THE POLICE. " The bus was not under attack in any way shape or form but it was used to intimidate a young black man.

@Uber The same response I get on the app but did I do a chargeback fraudulently or did Uber offer a refund initially, refuse later and then fail respond to Paypal after I was forced to raise a dispute.

@uber did not respond to the dispute or provide evidence to counter the dispute so paypal found in my favour and refunded the charge. Guess what? I can no longer book an uber until I pay the money back. Can you all see the mess?
