Took 4-5 years of preliminary data collection, 1-1.5 years of grant writing, 2 dozen revisions of aims page, 1 dozen revisions of the proposal, 300+ pages of application submitted twice, collaboration between 7 centers and 13 investigators..

🏆Very grateful to #NIH @theNCI for the #R01 award that will examine #cognition #frailty #ERP/EEG brain activity in older adults with #AML. The R01 was converted to #R37/MERIT award based on its merit. 1/n
