#Paralives doesn’t have enough content yet to keep you playing for long. An ‘eh’ start with franchise potential, but given how much it could learn from past lifesims, it feels underwhelming. Its giving ‘closed beta’. Hoping future updates push the game forward! Not worth it yet.

Even if Paralives is in Early Access you should still receive a somewhat enjoyable experience for $40. The game has been in development for a couple of years now. Going EA release now isn't another extension of their Patreon fundings. It's full-on entering the gaming market.

@MyFaithReport I really doubt it will have no paid DLC ever. They can't rely on backers forever. Unless because this is a passion project they only intend to maintain it for a little while and move onto something else entirely.

It’s a good question and fair to note; Paralives is taking the approach of building systems and core functionality first, to make sure they work + get player feedback before building the majority of gameplay that will fit into those systems.
The “game” is coming later.

If I say even ONE negative thing about Paralives on Tuesday (and I mean personal preference/opinion level stuff) there is absolutely NO way I’m uploading that VOD to YouTube 🙃 Y’all are intense. Tsk tsk on an individual thought that goes against the grain 😳😳
BUT if you actually enjoy honest opinions, constructive criticism, and positivity about the things I do enjoy, I’d love for you to hang out. I always give both sides on EVERY game not sugarcoated or fake.
