@TerryMcCrossan @nectar I have had the same problem for 6 weeks and still not resolved. I have 11 vouchers I can’t access and running out of time to use. @nectar are shocking at resolving this every time I email it takes a week to reply and they keep asking for a screen shot of problem.

@nectar hi it has now been over 28 days and still no resolution to my problem. I have 2,800 point (minimum) in coffee vouchers that need to be used before 17th August, escalation number is CE-202605-10041 there is no change to the status.

@TerryMcCrossan @nectar Hi have nectar resolved this issue as I’m having the same problem. @nectar asked me to provide vouchers I’m having a problem with which is impossible when you can’t access them & now getting no response off them at all

@nectar for the last 2 weeks I have been getting this message when I try to use my vouchers. I have 10 or so vouchers for Cafe Nero valid till August. I have tried toggling spending locked on/off, deleting app, restarting iPhone and reinstalling app. Also same on iPad. No change.

@nectar yesterday I had an email saying someone had spent 23500 of my nectar points. I wasn’t even in the country. Today I can’t access my online account as I have some Caffè Nero vouchers on there please advise how I gain access to account. I already reported the fraudulent use
