Third year PhD student @crgonyea presented her work on modeling neonatal pulmonary vasculature at #NEBEC at the end of March. The goal of her work is to better understand the role of pulmonary hypertension in the morbidity and mortality of congenital diaphragmatic hernia.

Still feeling shock & immense sadness over the sudden passing of my brother @jasonljenkins. But I am also in awe of so many heartfelt tributes that show how much he was loved. He impacted so many and truly embodied what it means to serve & be a genuinely good person. Look him up.

Using horseradish peroxidase to crosslink fibrin microthread scaffolds allows for control of the scaffold degradation rate and holds strong potential for a scaffold that can promote wound healing and degrade as new tissue is formed. #POH2020 #pohgoesvirtual
