@OctopusEnergy I'm having issues with charging at home. Last 2 nights the car has only charged about half of what was set in the app. Can someone help to see if there is an issue please?

@OctopusEnergy 👋 My billing for my electric usage doesn't look right to me. Looks like my monthly bill has only been billed for half month. I'm having billing issues nearly every month where my monthly bill isn't produced correctly. Is someone able to look at this for me please?
@crhunter32 It’ll update to the off-peak for your actual statement — our estimated cost feature is in beta and our smart tariffs can be a little more complex but we’re working on it. 🐙
@OctopusEnergy fairly new intelligent go user. Is it normal from time to time to get a schedule out with the normal off peak window? Assuming I'll be charged the off peak rate?
@OctopusEnergy@OctopusEnergy follow up from yesterday's message, it's showing as being charged at peak rate in the App. Assuming that isn't correct and it gets corrected when billed?

@OctopusEnergy Having followed what was sent in the DM, the intelligent go seems to be even more broken than before. I've replied to the DM with some screenshots if someone is able to help
@OctopusEnergy my intelligent go hasn't been working as expected since I returned home from holiday. The car charged during peak hours until I noticed it and then charged until full rather than added % set in the App and last night there was no charge added at all.
