Last Thursday-before the IT outage-I checked my bag at @Iberia_en counter @HeathrowAirport T5 Mr Tahir handled it and he didn’t give me the tix. I realised it at the gate, informed the supervisor there & at @Iberia #Barajas #Madrid. Submitted complaint 30 hrs ago! Exijo Solución!
