@AmazonHelp ... because the auto switchboard won't recognise the item. The chatbot tells me that I have to wait till Tuesday and should call then (I'm going to be away), but I don't see how I am going to be able to get through then, either. What's going on Amazon, and how can I contact you?

Expecting a delivery from @AmazonUK today. Tracking said it wasn't out on delivery yet, so popped into town. 15mins later, notification on my phone that I am 8th in line for delivery, so run home. Map shows carrier in nearby street, so sit on my doorstep to wait in the sun...

Probably niche but does anyone else have a favourite non-appearing tv character? A character that is always mentioned but you never see? Mine is Mrs Columbo - even in the episode with her name in the title, we did not see her.
