2 महीने से flat खाली पड़ा है... फिर भी owner किराया कम करने को तैयार नहीं दोस्तो कल मैं Prime Tower society में flat देखने गया था इसका 2 BHK देखा flat owner 2 AC 1 geyser साथ में एक RO दे रहा था और demand सीधा 25,000/- बता रहा था मैंने उसे बोला भाई 19,000/- में deal done कर ले लेकिन अगला मानने को ही तैयार नहीं था और पता है... वो flat 2 महीने से खाली पड़ा है और अगले 2-3 महीनों तक भी खाली ही सड़ेगा 😂 भाई एक बात बताओ... इन society में क्या flats की कोई कमी है? फिर भी लोग किराए के भाव ऐसे बढ़ाकर रखते हैं जैसे Dubai में property बेच रहे हों इन owners की भी हद है यार आपके शहर में भी owners ऐसा ही attitude दिखाते हैं क्या?
