@CrossCountryUK I was on the delayed 16:10 from Leeds to Darlington on 1 July and have submitted delay repay but have been told it ‘doesn’t meet the criteria’ when we were told on the train to submit a form- please can someone help?

@CrossCountryUK It’s a shame they can’t make seat reservations on your own trains. I’ll have to do that through another train company! The experience is very poor





@CrossCountryUK sent an email for a delay repay on May 20th because website wasn’t working. Been told your busy, then been told to phone but spend forever on hold and nobody answers. Can anybody help?
