Churches across the country are doing an outstanding job of welcoming and supporting refugees in their communities. Today, I had the privilege of visiting the language school run by Vineyard Church in Croydon which regularly sees over 100 students regularly coming together—not only to learn English, but also to build friendships, find belonging, and explore new opportunities for contributing to society. The warmth, dedication, and hospitality shown by the team there is a powerful example of what it means to love our neighbours in action.
