Since I’m old, wise, and self-reliant, my list of demands is quite simple: 1) nice appearance, moderately fit, and gotta smell good. Not doused in cologne but good hygiene. 2) pleasant,sense of humor, and intellectually interesting. 3) be good at sex. 3) independent, not clingy or overly needy and won’t give me grief about my work. 4) not a slob, criminal, or dangerous. 5) help put up the Christmas tree and decor because I’ve done it too many years (or we can skip it). 5) extra points for someone who can cook or BBQ. That’s it. I don’t care about earnings, height, chores, whether someone buys me stuff or remembers my birthday. They can have sex with others as long as they don’t involve me in weird drama or STDs. They can golf, ski, play video games, or whatever floats their boat. If I start accepting applications, I’ll let you know.
