So no because if you're holding your value through increasing the supply the while the market cap is moving up then this is perfectly justified
Because as a holder I'm not worried about price, I'm worried and focused about the market cap
As long as my target is $25 billion marketcap for TX and at any point it hits that number I'm going to be happy and it doesn't matter what the supply tokenomics or dilution looks like

@BRW_Solo IMO if your using staking rewards as a way to hold your value then it’s a little flawed..the supply will increase, the Marketcap will sky rocket which won’t be justified, and the price will fall further..they need a burn mechanism to keep the MC stable..

Yes it's diluting the value, but those rewards offset the dilution (only to the staked investor)
So in simple terms if you are receiving protective rewards, you're being protected from dilution, but suffering from price devaluation due to illiquidity
That means, when demand is restored and liquidity is restored then you have already offset that dilution by an increased supply base during the entire time the devaluation happening
So no only the staked investor does NOT get diluted
