@cbdbrothers please could I check how long an order should take to arrive? Apparently it was Dispatched last Wednesday and according to Royal Mail the tracking number does not exist.

@cbdbrothers @corpsybride86 @RoyalMail Now you're just playing move the goal posts. First it was post should arrive by Tuesday. Now it's Wednesday. Then tomorrow it'll be another excuse. Your customer service is atrocious. I emailed you Friday, no response.

@corpsybride86 Hi Kirsty, this is an issue with @RoyalMail who have lost some of our post bags, we have been assured they have been found and will be sent out today/tomorrow. We are very unhappy with this and am doing all we can to fix it.

@CryptoEmporium_ @TonyPiltridis @vergecurrency That's illogical. Crypto only has its own value when it's an accepted form of payment. Otherwise it's only worth what it's valued in fiat. When sites like yours charge extorniate prices compared to fiat, you're just further giving crypto no use case in the real world...

I'd rather just sell my BTC/XVG into fiat and buy my goods cheaper elsewhere. What's the point in paying extortionate prices on your website. There's no incentive to buy from you.

@Ryan1703Gerrard @UtilitaEnergy Yep, that worked thank-you. After a lot of fiddling around, my supply is back on. Tried inputting the receipt code on the handheld meter like they suggest in their guides. Though kept getting transaction failed. So close to a really chilly night.
