Community Update: MIND AI Agents Testing Progress
As part of the 2026 MIND AI Agents roadmap, the team is currently focusing on the testing and evaluation phase before broader deployment.
AI agents interacting with live markets require more than just trading strategies. They also depend on secure infrastructure, reliable execution, and proper operational controls.
Some of the areas currently being tested include:
🔐 Security protocols
API permissions restricted to Read + Trade only, with no withdrawal access. Secure key management and encrypted communication are required for exchange integrations.
🔗 Exchange connectivity
Stable API connections, consistent market data feeds, and reliable order execution across supported exchanges.
💸 Fee transparency
Strategies must account for exchange trading fees, spreads, and slippage to reflect real trading conditions.
⚙️ Operational limits
Defined limits on indicators, templates, and trade activity during early access phases to maintain system stability.
📊 Monitoring and visibility
Clear dashboards and monitoring tools so users can understand agent behavior and manage risk.
AI agents operating in real markets function more like automated financial systems, not just trading bots.
Because of that, proper testing and controlled rollout remain an important step before wider release.

AI is quietly moving from demos into real business workflows across the region. Not just experiments anymore, but reporting, approvals, customer support and operational systems. With no-code tools becoming more common, even non-technical users can now build their own AI-powered apps or workflows. But once AI starts influencing real decisions, the challenge changes.
Traditional software testing assumes fixed logic and predictable outputs. AI systems don’t behave that way. Outputs are probabilistic, models drift over time, and many edge cases only appear once the system is running in production.
Testing once before deployment is no longer enough.
In our latest @e27co column, we explore why more organisations are moving toward continuous validation for AI systems instead of periodic testing.
Some of the risks teams are starting to encounter include:
• model drift slowly degrading performance
• hallucinated or incorrect outputs appearing in reports
• prompt injection exposing sensitive context
• AI responses triggering downstream workflows incorrectly
To manage this, many teams are introducing orchestration layers around AI systems.

Build Log: From AI Concierge to Booking Ops (Two Sides of the Same System)
Our team recently built a VIP booking flow for a project with ST Engineering. On the surface, it looked like a simple AI chatbot for bookings. In practice, that was only one side of the system.
On the front end, guests interacted with an AI concierge. They received a personalised invite, saw available slots, and confirmed their visit in a conversational way. On the back end, the ops team needed full control. They needed to see who had booked, who was on the waitlist, who cancelled, and which slots were still open. They also needed to step in manually when plans changed, VIPs came in last minute, or schedules shifted.
These two screens show two sides of the same workflow. The chat experience made things smooth for guests. The booking dashboard kept things manageable for the team running the event.
We built the backend logic in Fuseful Workflow Studio, so booking rules, waitlists, and admin actions were visible as workflows instead of being buried in code. The AI concierge sits on top of these workflows and triggers real booking actions. Without this workflow layer, the chat experience would have become fragile the moment real world changes happened.
In this setup, the AI agent is just the interface. The workflows in Fuseful are what actually run the system.
Notes after shipping:
- The UI and chatbot are only the surface. The real work is in the workflows underneath
- Making booking logic visible as workflows made edge cases much easier to reason about
- Treating this as just a chatbot would not have held up in a real event setting
