No problem. Just set up a 2/4 multisig and give your main wallet weight 2. The two backup wallets each get weight 1. You sign alone whenever you want. The backups only come in when you actually need them.

Same logic for a CEO with two board seats: give yourself weight 2, each board member weight 1 in a 2/4 (or whatever threshold fits). It’s built-in governance, no extra tools required.
