@MrRooferSteve @HGrahamNFL Investigation for what, site a rule that they broke. Plenty of teams have failed players for physicals and not signed them or backed out of trades or cut . They may change the rules but they certainly aren’t investigating anything.

Watching Maxx Crosby give his account of what went down in Baltimore, I think one thing is pretty clear: The Ravens decided to bail on the trade before he even got out there. They needed him to still go out there so he could do the medical testing and they could use that as the reason they are bailing.

Just got off the phone with two GMs. Neither one buying the Ravens failed physical narrative - not by a long shot. Good luck finding agents and teams to trust you in negotiations now. It's not sitting well with the Raiders either. Coulda got further medicals on Crosby way sooner

Ravens have reworked the contract of Lamar Jackson, as @AKinkhabwala also reported. Sources say the restructure with Jackson creates about $40 million in salary cap space for the 2026 season. It’s similar to what Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen have done this offseason for their teams.

Don’t understand nor agree with this move. I talked about the need to keep Mitchell. And to keep Hill at that? I get it, Hill is a superior pass catcher. Perhaps that’s a better need in the new offense. Mitchell gives you so much juice though. Tough one to reconcile. #Ravens
