Nearly 100 crypto projects have already shut down, gone inactive, or announced they’re closing this year. That’s roughly one project every other day. It’s sad to see. Every shutdown affects founders who took a chance, employees who believed in the mission, investors who backed the vision, and communities or folks who believed in the project. There isn’t a single reason. Some projects ran out of funding. Others never found product-market fit. Security incidents took a toll. Regulation raised the bar in some markets. And yes, bear markets have a way of exposing business models that looked sustainable only when capital was easy. I know several people at @BitMartExchange , so this one hits close to home. The crypto industry has always been resilient, and I’m confident many of those affected will find new opportunities and continue contributing to the ecosystem.
