@Ticketmaster I sent an email at the beginning of the year and have had no response. I bought tickets in 2019 and want a refund as it is unacceptable to hold money for over a year. I DO NOT CARE IF THE EVENT PLANNER IS NOT ISSUING REFUNDS. Refund me my money!
