So true Mayor! Hopefully council will decide to pursue Crystal Pool at Arena site so can add housing on that public land too. MAH is ministry making funding recommendations to Feds for recreation grants; addition of housing will be seen as great value add #crystalpool #yyjhousing

Chart shows sales data in SFD's by neighbourhood/home size between 2011-2018. When you look at the adjusted value increases of all SFD sales, Fairfield, James Bay, Gonzales, and Rockland (63%!!) are at the top. SFD Heat map,townhouses/condos/analysis to follow! #yyjhousing
