Eric Swalwell should not resign from Congress until he is charged with a crime. Having bad judgment, sending texts and having affairs with adult women who willingly engaged with him is not a crime. If he was staying in Congress, the people could bring moral judgment in November. He'll end his term disgraced regardless. He should however, bow out of the Governor's race, because his indiscretions are now putting CA at risk.
