@cshinders All legislative committees and floor sessions are available to view after the fact. Sometimes they’re available the next day, sometimes it takes a few days. Go to the committee page and view the past committee meetings. A video link is there.

@brandonjsmith5 This is where my legal ignorance comes into play. The motion to stay is what I wanted. I appreciate the help. I was very curious how the state is handling the section 1 liberty argument.

@cshinders On that same page, you can read the Motion To Stay. The injunction appeal hasn't been filed yet, presumably because the state is waiting to find out which court will hear that appeal.

@brandonjsmith5 a personal request if I may. Trying to find the Solicitor General's court filing appealing the abortion ban injunction, and all I can find is the same quoted sentence and AP News verbiage over and over. Is there public access to read the court filing?
