@AmericanAir But it wasn't Mother Nature...if Delta and Southwest are flying there, why aren't you? A real explanation is the least I deserve as a very loyal customer. And I would like some sort of bonus miles or something for the $700+ inconvenience you've caused me.

@csrevol We know how frustrating cancelations can be. From what we see, Mother Nature has thrown off our operations for that flight. Our team is working hard to ensure that you're rebooked on the next available flight.

@AmericanAir can you explain why AA2845 SLC to DFW was cancelled today (3/14)? Weather is fine in Dallas and all other flights on other airlines to DFW were on time. We now have to spend two nights in SLC with our two young kids bc it's spring break and everything is booked.

@baldosicecream just stopped by at 9:36pm to be told the store was closed but your hours clearly say open till 10pm. Was told the reason was bc you were short staffed and needed to clean? Then you stay late to clean. You don't close early. Not cool Baldos.

@jar_duff It's not possible as it uses the daily roast for the day, but there is a workaround! Simply place an order for decaf brewed tea and under the milk option add foam, 2% milk and steamed and you should be set. Cheers!

@AmericanAir Yes but clearly that is not correct. Poor guy at the counter getting bombarded with questions after we sat on runway for 3 hrs and they had to take us back to the terminal to let us off. And now people don't know what to do.

@AmericanAir just deplaned from 2533 in PHL. Waited for gate checked travel stroller. They told me plane is too big and they have no idea where it is. This is ridiculous. Nice stroller just gone! 😡

@MercedesBenzUSA @MercedesBenz My 2020 GLE (6700 miles) broke in Austin, currently waiting on new parts there. Now in Dallas (where I live) with no car. Cust svc says to rent car & get reimbursed. If car broke down in Dallas I would get Mercedes loaner here. Why is this so hard?
