So, if he did laugh and say that, which is highly doubtful, the laugh is on him. He’s a dinosaur, not to mention a poor judge of women. He alienated Diana, one of the most beautiful women in the world, and then ran into the arms of that cow, Camilla. Trump was probably chuckling about Camilla. She even makes Brigitte Macron and Michelle Obama look more feminine. Trump was also probably also laughing at the King for spending so much of his “old money” on bailing out his pedo brother, the former Prince. Whatever point you were trying to make, it backfired. Ha!
