@HyperBooper Interesting idea. What the cruelty inherent in survival ultimately demands is competition among survivors, and that is something that happens in the real world as well. Conveniently enough, this game also supports multiplayer. Well, I would never play that mode myself, though.

A game that claims to be about survival should, if it includes hostile creatures capable of killing the player, implement those creatures with the understanding that they may themselves be killed. That is because a fair environment is the essence of survival.
