I'd encourage anyone who has the time to check out Ayyoub Bouaddi (17) playing for Lille. Already physically developed enough to compete with his long frame, able to get his legs around the opposition to clip the ball away. Mature and composed for his age. Not phased under pressure, can drive the ball into space out of it, and move his team up the pitch. Too early to know his best role in midfield. A lack of understanding of tempo is to be expected at his age as is when he can be found being too aggressive. Technical ability for passing is there but selection is behind. Bouaddi has all the tools to become an all-phase eight like Gundogan. It'll be interesting to see if he's coached well in the next couple of years and if he stays at Lille for that time. Another one of the top talents Morroco has coming through right now.
