Yes, Hitler was a socialist, as @elonmusk posted. And yes, today's left-wing socialists have more in common with Hitler's government than right-wing American Constitutionalists. Here's how. When America broke away from Europe, we created something new. We didn't continue their endless search for a king to protect them. Some of their kings were good, others bad. But the government still had total control. The American idea was different: The Constitution would protect the people from the government. Because of this idea, we developed a different political spectrum. In Europe, the left and right fight over who gets to control their big government searching for a king. On the far left is communism. On the far right is fascism. You can think of socialism as a railroad track in between. Socialism can take you to whichever extreme you choose. In America, our far left is still communism with an all-powerful government. But our far right is anarchy - no government at all. Our Founders settled on a small government that's just big enough to avoid the chaos of anarchy. That's where the Constitutionalist right still lives. Or at least, most of us. Nowadays, we have progressives in both parties (meaning, they'll "progress" to big government over time, instead of through a revolution). On the right, we call them RINOs. Vote for them and you basically get what the Democrats want, just packaged a little differently. So no, the Constitutionalist American right isn't fascist. By definition, it can't be. We don't want a government anywhere near big enough to allow for that.

LAS CONTRIBUCIONES SON JUSTAS El cuestionamiento absoluto al impuesto territorial (cuando se sostiene que es inmoral o injusto) suele formar parte de un discurso libertario extremo que carece de racionalidad histórica y desconoce el papel que cumple el Estado en la protección efectiva del derecho de propiedad. Desde una perspectiva histórica, el cobro asociado a la tierra existe prácticamente desde el origen de las sociedades organizadas. Incluso en los sistemas feudales, el soberano exigía tributos a cambio de garantizar orden, protección militar, administración y estabilidad sobre los territorios. En términos modernos, el Estado cumple precisamente esa función: administra el territorio, garantiza el acceso al espacio público, mantiene infraestructura, regula los límites y asegura jurídicamente el ejercicio del dominio. Pero además hay un elemento jurídico fundamental que muchos omiten deliberadamente: el propietario no solo posee un terreno, sino que posee un derecho garantizado por el Estado. Cada vez que una persona enfrenta una perturbación de su dominio —una usurpación, una disputa de deslindes, un incumplimiento contractual o cualquier amenaza a su propiedad— puede exigir gratuitamente la intervención estatal. Y para ello el Estado debe financiar tribunales, registros públicos, policías y todo un aparato institucional destinado a proteger ese derecho de propiedad de manera permanente. Por eso, desde una lógica contractualista, resulta perfectamente razonable que quien recibe esa protección jurídica continua contribuya también de manera permanente a financiarla. No existe allí un desequilibrio ni una confiscación, sino una contraprestación propia de toda sociedad civilizada y organizada. La propiedad privada no existe en el vacío: no es anterior al Estado de Derecho y existe porque hay un Estado que la reconoce, la regula y la protege.
