@1969johnson1969 @O2 I've had it twice in a week. Never share your code with the scammer. The O2 texts are good and say don't share it with anyone, even o2 staff ( which they are not)

@O2 is it company policy to ring. And say your going to try and make tariff cheaper. Or is it just someone trying it on ?

Hey @O2 I've had two prank calls this week, both claiming to be you, offering 40% off my bill, but they said they'd send a txt and I'd have to share my OTP. I knew it was a scam despite their attempts to convince me. Wanted to share so others don't fall foul of this!

@virginmedia This is what we've seen since Friday 10th on the status page and this is what nearly all of the channels show when we view them. Or they are blank

@virginmedia we've had a fault with TV since Friday 10th. The website says it knows there is a kjown problem and engineer is going to fix it. When will it be fixed? The website has already said the 13th, then the 15th now the 20th. PO8 area.
