@cully70 Boquer Valley, the balcony overlooks it, albeit about 2Km distant, W side of Cap Formentera base. Was at L'Albufereta reserve today, Cinerous Vultures (distant). Albufera during the week for Moustached Warblers and Boquer maybe tomorrow for Balearic and Dartfords

Day one in Mallorca; 2 Booted Eagles, about 10 Elenoras Falcons, 2 Peregrines, several Kestrels, a Kingfisher and now 2 Scops Owls calling, all from my balcony!

@arlojacques5 Lovely spot there. I take it the Eleanora’s were over the smaller s’Albufera reserve? Or on their way back to Cap Formentera?

@tertials No problem at all Tom. It’s thanks to the Common Seals on the paddle board that I always look north over the bridge as I pass. Thought it was a Little Gull as I drove past and thought I’d check it out. It was a little better…..😉

Got my first taste of Southern Ocean birding on a pelagic out of Port Fairy, Victoria a couple of weeks back. The stars of the show were undoubtedly the Wandering Albatrosses
