An investor who thinks and acts like a founder could be unstoppable.

My own view: VCs that start their own firms are more aligned with founders than VCs at big firms. Also, being truly great at anything, whether as a VC or entrepreneur, is extremely difficult. I just like to work with talented, empathetic folks.
