I think this is the best tasting nut butter I’ve ever had in my life. It’s walnut butter. I made it with coconut oil, a little olive oil, half a teaspoon of salt, and about 4 tablespoons of solidified honey. I definitely need to do a video making this!

One of the strangest things about unresolved pain is watching people become the exact kind of person that once hurt them. Sometimes not permanently. Sometimes just for a moment. Long enough to send the text. Raise the voice. Repeat the wound. A lot of healing is learning to stop yourself mid-pattern.

One of the hardest things about slowly becoming chronically ill is realizing the people around you adjusted to your decline instead of responding to it. When it happens gradually, there’s no dramatic moment where everyone suddenly understands you can’t carry what you used to. Things just quietly stop getting done while everyone keeps expecting the old version of you to reappear.
