@sam_gzstrength This sounds about right, I spent time up at 230 and have a decent about of muscle mass. Mid cut down to 197 now but figure there another 20 pounds to go before lean sets in. Starting higher albeit with more muscle mass than most fatties checks out to relatively lean at 200.

If you want to be "lean" at 200lbs of bodyweight And natural You probably need to at some point spend some time at like 240-275lbs heavier than you want getting strong The reality of the situation
