Giving advice usually only has 1/10 success rate because truth is people only truly understand things after realizing their mistakes which is easier said than done cause most people will never admit their own mistakes cause it's easier to blame than taking accountability.
So the only real advice you can give using common sense and logic is basically not let words get to you which seems to be a common issue these days.
Think about it, if someone called you broke but you got a fat wallet, why would you get worked up? If someone called you fat but you're skinny, same thing. If there's no truth in the words you're being called there is literally 0 reason to get upset.
If there's truth in the words even slightly well then you're at fault for letting that truth become reality. People will always be saying shit that's just how the world is, how you react to "words" that are technically harmless as it's not physical that is entirely up to you. In the context of family and friends that's different of course but this is about strangers that doesn't know you.
People can say and call you whatever they want but at the end of the day, your situation in life has nothing to do with what bad words people say to you.

if u dont care about losing a level of twinkage i def recommend doing forearm n wrist workouts consistently, since i got consistent unless i overdo it severely i haven’t had wrist pain from aim training at all and honestly think my muscle control has only gotten more fine.
