@clairesilver It sounds very similar to something I saw as a kid in an empty car park with my dad! He said it was ball lightening. It was kind of like a negative light, like a ball of black brightness with a very blue, almost plasmalike outer shell kind of? Very hard to describe!

So I found a photo in the family albums of a library in my hometown, and it brought back a very strange childhood memory. Cringe at the word paranormal, but not something I can explain. Kind of want to see if anyone has a similar experience, kind of don't want to seem nuts
