Here's "our" beautiful Erica this morning at breakfast in a cafe in Kings Cross. 18 months after starting to look after her, we later left her with a @guidedogs trainer in Redbridge, London. Heart breaking for us but I'm sure she'll be fine. Such a good girl!

@VulvalCancerUK Not sure if treatment same as US-hubby has had both done-his advice-stick religiously to pain meds sched. There r apps for this. Do yr physio + all other exercises, icing etc. Don’t over do it, which is possible if u have good range of motion quickly. You’ll do great. 👏👏👏👏👏

I’m having a knee replacement on 28th and although this is my 10th surgery this one is the only one that I’m nervous about. I don’t want it to make my lymphoedema worse 😫 any tips please

@jackwallington Is this pond’s aspect different to the other? (Sun/shade/wind/shelter etc) Might it benefit different plants and wildlife than the other one? How much work will it add to your schedule?

At the top of our garden is an defunct, oddly placed pond - I wouldn’t personally build one like this but now I’m wondering what to do with it? Reinstate it, remove it, have a weird standalone bed. We have another pond elsewhere. Thoughts welcome 🤗
