Our work linking GWAS and pharmacological treatments in psychiatric disorders is now in JAMA Psychiatry jamanetwork.com/journals/jamap… 🧬💊🎯 Big thanks to @bendfulcher @AFornito @BellgroveMark 🧵👇

Happy to share our new work showing widespread lower structural 🧠 connectivity in people w/ first-episode psychosis (pre-antipsychotics). Alterations affect all large-scale systems and can predict changes in functional outcomes up to 1 year after 🔮 🧲doi.org/10.1016/j.biop…

These studies highlight a transformational life event that has long been neglected by neuroscience go.nature.com/3ybtAgi

Congratulations on your first of many papers @lachychurchill Very proud to see this published in @movedisorder …mentdisorders.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/md… @DrElieMatar

Huge congratulations to lab alumnus @SidChop for his award winning paper! 💫💫💫 "A practical guide for generating reproducible and programmatic neuroimaging visualisations" was awarded the best paper in Aperture Neuro at #ohbm2024 Check it out or chat to him here!

Thrilled to present our preprint for a new brain null method (doi.org/10.1101/2024.0…) 🧠 Here we present "eigenstrapping", which exploits the intrinsic geometric constraints of the brain to generate surrogate brain maps with closely matched spatial autocorrelation. More below 👇

Our latest publication on @braincomms is out. We found that patients with early psychosis showed abnormal brain asymmetry across coarse spatial scales using eigenmode, with @Kevin_M_Aquino @AFornito @jchrispang @AshleaSegal @SidChop @AlexHolmes_NSB, Chao Suo, Jeg Tiego @NSB_Lab
