#UNNepal70 Once known as “black waters,” the Rapti Valley was one of🇳🇵’s most malaria-affected regions. In 1955, the GoN with @WHONepal 's support, eradicated malaria in Rapti, opening fertile land for resettlement & improving lives of over 7,000 families.
