@bcks109 Would the liquidator really target the club as an asset to pay the bills? Surely there are more liquid assets that would be preferred as easier or quicker routes to recoup 1.6m Is a club that is in debt to its owner 10+m even liquid, how would they extract 1.6m from the club?

The club isn't a separate world from the court case—it is one of the primary assets that the liquidators could be targeting to pay the bills. 🛡️⚖️

@SamMorshead_ Should the club check every player's availability for every match, just in case the portal is incorrect in showing or not showing players? I assume the same portal correctly showed Drinan as available Vs MK Dons during his suspension - any idea if the club double checked that?

No one comes out of the FA's written reasons on Portalgate well. Evidently, there were mistakes at the FA which appear to have largely been glossed over - because Swindon also made fundamental errors. Responsibility is the club's, it was only ever going one way. But the process has needlessly muddied dirty waters. #stfc

@__TxP @Official_STFC EFL trophy is NOT at a cat 1 game, that's why we could play a suspend Drinan Vs MK dons. But the wording of the suspension said until we (Swindon) had played 7 cat 1 games. So, any other category game should have been missed until all 7 cat 1 games are completed.

@Official_STFC In turn, yes we should realistically know that EFL trophy is a Cat 1 game
