@EASwanson Anxiety leaving the house. Schedules, traffic, planning, attire, weather, car (general), did I bring everything needed? Anxiety if I stay home🤦🏻‍♀️ To have someone belittle one because planning causes their anxiety when they only see a date/time, just increases the other 😖

@EASwanson They are correct, I don’t understand. I can’t “fly by the seat of my pants” or even go into crowds without having anxiety that triggers seizures. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I try, but according to my whiteboard… it just isn’t in my schedule.

@EASwanson Had someone in their 70’s recently get told they might have anxiety. Not saying they don’t, but now using that as an excuse & telling me that I don’t understand. 😳 Actually told me “I can’t make plans that far in advance, it causes my anxiety to flare up.” Meanwhile… 😵‍💫😵

@ivy_wylder @punished_cait 1st marriage lasted 3 years, left when my daughter hit 6 months old. Loved being a single mom, but 24 years ago this giant sweet man joined our family. 🥰 He forgets to turn off lights, so installed HUE bulbs that I schedule on/off thru my phone. 😂

@ivy_wylder @punished_cait Some follow a cycle & get pushed into what they feel is wrong, with no support to leave. 🙋🏻 I left to stop the cycle for my daughter, shortly after realization. Lots of criticism over it & just a will to prove everyone wrong.

My 1st memory of going to the movies was hiding in the floor board under a blanket to see Jaws at 4 years old at the Galaxy Drive In 😂. Scared the crap out of my older brother who loved sharks & the reason my parents took us. 🤷🏻‍♀️
