Today the French justice system summoned Elon Musk to answer for the alleged dangers of Platform X.
Obviously, Elon Musk did not appear.
I don't usually post about political topics, so this post will be an exception:
To summarize, the French president is supported by only 18% of the French population.
The justice system, the media, education, all the key positions in the corridors of power are held by the left, even though the French are overwhelmingly right-wing according to recent polls.
This means that official actions in no way represent the opinion of the French people.
As for my political opinion, I'll be very clear: "Wokism" is an extremely dangerous virus and I love my country. I want France to remain France.
I am ashamed of the treatment my country is inflicting on Elon Musk, but unfortunately, I'm not surprised.
Elon is the symbol of free speech. Elon is the symbol of courage, selflessness, and hard work—values that are being targeted in my country.
This summons is an attack on our freedom and a publicity stunt for a president rejected by his people.
But I want to tell @elonmusk that the French people are not fooled and are not in solidarity with a State that only aims to further restrict our freedom of expression.
We know that we owe a lot to Elon Musk and his fight for freedom.
