Anybody has a rule of thumb over if or when to close a winning short option position? 0DTE / 1DTE (With an edge on the trade to close, unverified potentially higher early close edge)

Banter Every social interaction has moments where someone tries to shock off your frame. Not because they hate you, but because they need to know if you're real. The woman who says "you're not my type" isn't rejecting you. She's running a diagnostic. The friend who says "remember when you cried in 9th grade" isn't trying to humiliate you. He's checking if you're still solid. The colleague who undermines you in the meeting isn't your enemy. They are all testing — and they have to. The frame is tested when there's real or perceived ambiguity. The test is a calibration — it asks "how should we perceive you". The test asks you to resolve, yourself, which is the way to go. Are you Above, or are you Below? Will you hold, or will you fold? who are you, really? Every test is an audition. The problem isn't the test. The problem is showing up to the audition as a contestant. The Principle Most people respond to power games as if they're accusations that require defense, or doors that require the right key. They try to say the right thing. Try to manage their delivery. They go Below. Wrong frame entirely. The test is failed if you accept the position it assigns you — contestant, candidate, defendant. The moment you accept that position you've already lost. Not because you said the wrong thing. Because the frame underneath the words told her everything. Don't go into the audition cast as a contestant. The way to disassemble a power game is to remove her from the judge position. Not hurt them. Not qualify to them. Just — dislocate them. Take the power game and relocate it somewhere they didn't expect, somewhere they have no tools for, and leave them there for a second. The message is always the same: power games don't work here. And when they try one, they find themselves somewhere you weren't prepared for. They try something improper — you give them a wall to self-correct against. If they self-correct, bring them back in. If they don't, leave them on the other side. The better the player, the easier the puzzle. The more unrestratined and congruent you are, the less you get tested. What a Correct Response Actually Does Every test is a call and it requires a response. A successful response does six things: — A — Perception. You heard it. — B — Action. You addressed it. — C — Emotion. You're not afraid nor hurt by it. — D — Judgment. You maximize, minimize, deflect, negate, or assert. — E — Positioning. You remove them from the Above position and decline the Below position for yourself. You lead the relocation. — F — Detachment. You leave them without the tools they brought in and without a quick comeback. Ignoring the power game doesn't work. It counts as evasion and guarantees the game repeats, increasing in intensity until you address it. Address it early. Address it fast. Address it properly.

@jollygoodlyfe That's interesting. The guy is surface TG but actually reactive BG insecure. Masked by TG chillness. The girls feel it that's why they start immediately growing in power and teasing. Weird combinations keep popping.

She wasn’t the girl of your dreams. She was just a girl that was available to you at one point in time where you were primed to emotionally divest yourself… There’s millions of girls better than her; That’s just a cold hard fact… What could possibly have you upset about it?

@macrocephalopod I tried claude last september. It was wild it just got it done no matter what, on his own. (with severe self-destructive tendencies) I am trying codex tonight and it’s struggling to fill in a column with missing data and just stops over and over. Bitch just figure it out yo

I’m using Claude Code to write documentation for my libraries and code and 95% of the time it’s decent but 5% of the time it completely hallucinates functions and methods that don’t exist and writes docs for them. They sound like useful functions! But they don’t exist!

It is very easy to improve at Game, you just look at what women do, which easily turns you off, and realise that you need to knock it out of you. Lesson 1: Knowing when to shut the fuck up.

A lot of men don’t seem to understand that Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate are LOW QUALITY MEN. 🤢 Facts: 1. BAD DAD. 2. LOWER CLASS UPBRINGING 3. DIVORCED parents. 4. Starting when they were 2 and 4, they grew up in a SINGLE PARENT HOME. 5. PUBLIC SCHOOL. Really sorry to every exception, and sorry for sounding elitist, but the fact is these are RISK FACTORS. Also, I hate to say it, but having a black father is also a risk factor as there is a TON of misogyny in black culture. These are GHETTO MEN. They grew up in the GHETTO. They have GHETTO VALUES. Trash with money are still trash.

My wife filed for divorce. She had reasons — and if I’m honest, her version of the story was closer to the truth than mine. What followed wasn’t dramatic gestures; it was humility. Letting go of ego. Choosing reconciliation over rupture. We’re taught to dig in, harden positions, and make breaks permanent. That’s a mistake. Almost losing something — a marriage, a family, a career — and then earning it back makes it infinitely more precious. I pulled my family back together. I rebuilt my career. Now I wake up with gratitude, not because life is smooth, but because I’m stronger for having gone through it. Fortified, not broken.

Swing trading is for dorks Especially if you’re a purely technical trader that swing trades Price is fractal What plays out in the higher timeframes plays out in the lower ones too So if you are actually a GOOD trader - surely you want to maximise the amount of trading opportunities that you get Instead of taking trades on the 4H and making 3R in a month Why not drop down to the 1 minute and make 30R in a WEEK Limiting your trading to just 2-3 setups a month tells me that you’re not confident in your trading system and likely don’t know what you’re doing at all Only losers want to minimise their trades Winners want to juice the market for all it’s got

One thing I’ve seen in dating over 20 years is if you dump a woman, she rarely goes away completely. Most will initiate an ex-sex pseudo-relationship that can drag out for years, just so she can eventually try to let you down and feel like she was in control the whole time.

I decided to not fly on a jet from Vegas to Dubai because I love Emirates first class with the shower and bar and all. But there was no direct, so I had to take a short flight with Delta “first class” first before getting on Emirates. What the actual fuck is this? You Americans call this luxury? Peasant bullshit. I’m disgusted.
