My air fryer home cooked potatoes taste exactly like them when I toss a little bit of ketchup on

@holdenicjihad If u are over 15 percent body fat then you are fat with no discipline, now if ur lean at higher weight then that’s impressive asf, lean is law and mass is mandatory

Gyokeres seems like a lovely guy and his work rate is absolutely faultless, but the difference as soon as Havertz came on tonight was pretty astonishing. The increase in aerial duels won and general possession retention stopped Brighton’s attacks and suddenly every ball up to our centre forward didn’t seem like firing it into a hopeless void

@readsiege67 If u can’t slip by and do reasonably well throughout all of school with minimal effort, you probably won’t make it far in life no matter the field tbh

@DeanTTraining I don’t wanna eat at a surplus, and from what I’ve seen online, you can maximize hypertrophy at maintenance calorie intake, I wanted your take on this, I’d appreciate if you could answer it

@DeanTTraining Unrelated question. I have been eating in a deficit for the last 6 months and lost around 25 pounds of fat while gaining muscle, right now I’m at 15 percent body fat and am happy with it, I want to gain muscle but maintain my bf%, am I fine just eating at my calorie maintaince?

Neither
1) Any good program will prescribe a rep RANGE with a corresponding RPE/RIR target…not some arbitrary fixed number
2) Doing more then 3 sets of a single exercise in a single session is just beating a dead horse

U can grow maximally with 4-8 sets per week and doing redundant working sets for one thing will take away growing stimulus from ur next exercise.All u need for tricep is an overhead extension/dip/ jm press for the medial & lateral head &an extension for long head

@firstdownnobody 3 sets of overhead extensions with V-bar, 3 sets of skull crushers, 3 sets of cuff extensions. Gotta have some variation, and 8-9 sets works for me
