We have seen reports about unexpectedly loud footstep and landing sounds when players are trying to move quietly. We’ve tracked down the cause and have a fix coming in our mid-season update that should make sneaking and soft landings sound as expected. We’ll be keeping an ear to the ground once the update goes live, so please continue sending in clips and reports if anything still feels, or sounds, off.

If @MarathonDevTeam dropped like 2 stacks of 20 lux in completely random unlocked containers on every match (that would count for the whole squad on exfil) I guarantee playerbase would go up. Imagine wiping a team in a satisfying gunfight only to then find out they also had a small amount of premium currency. It doesn’t have to be much, but giving people a small amount of the premium currency as something you can actually earn and fight over in game would for sure have more people engaging with the store. Plenty of people will say “I don’t really care if engage with any MTX stuff” and that’s totally fair but plenty of people do and giving them a way to engage with that system with no entry cost would for sure make them willing to then actually spend their money. Thoughts @Ziegler_Dev?

Even if you're playing on a $2,000 rig with a 1ms monitor, your bullets will still be bottlenecked by servers that feel like they're from 2007. If you die while already behind cover, it’s not magic. It’s the server the devs didn't want to spend more money on.

There is something about how interiors and map elements are designed that makes me feel as though this game was supposed to have a campaign and I can't shake it. Playing it feels like a game trying to be something it's not.

Had a great time on @MarathonTheGame yesterday. Most annoying thing was dealing with people wanting to hate the game for no reason. UI definitely a bit rough but had some great moments in-game, love the art and maps. Does feel like you need to play a few hours to understand. 🤠

Anita I am also British and none of us belive, and know that is not true. The only time, if any you need to worry is if you entered illegally with no paperwork or on false papers. Since ICE has been known to spontaneously detain British tourists and has started doing public executions in the street, I've decided to cancel my upcoming trips to the USA. It really doesn't seem safe out there and while I absolutely loved all of my visits so far I'm going to wait until things stabilize before I make future plans to come over.
