@fesshole To be fair they did make at least one bleak arctic-looking opening scene after which someone was brought onscreen to croak “It’s…”

I used to watch Monty Python after school on TV. One day the channel showed the Ingmar Bergman film 'The Seventh Seal' at that time. I took the opening scene with Death and the beach to be a typical Python opening. It took me 15 minutes to realise it wasn't Python.

The wife asked how big my pisses are so I used the measuring jug to check. Now we both know my bladder volume. She didn't accept that I could just put the jug in the dishwasher. Had to buy a new one and took the washed one to a local charity shop.

How can the BBC justify how much coverage they give other marches which are significantly smaller in size? The bias is so obviously blatant. theguardian.com/uk-news/live/2…

The BBC is ignoring the biggest march against the far right in history. Can we keep sharing to get it trending?

Labour has undermined parliamentary democracy... The corruption of Labour's politics has reached a level that, in parliament, which over hundreds of years is designed to scrutinise the government, is failing to do so. This is because any questions asked of the minister or of the PM are never answered. These questions are central to scrutinising the government and holding it to account. But they simply ignore this tradition, never answer the question being asked. They have ceased to be responsible to parliament.
Suella Braverman@SuellaBraverman

The government has announced plans to combat foreign interference in our democracy. But there’s hardly any mention of the elephant in the room: Labour’s China problem. I raised it today with the Minister. Yet again: a non answer. 👇

Yet more corruption exposed. In 2024 98%, yes 98% of all serious water company pollution incidents got downgrade by the Environment Agency to minor. Time to end the charade, to call an end to the farce. Time for public ownership.

".. they had a cosy relationship with the water industry" Robert Forrester, Environment Agency whistleblower, explains why the agency downgraded 98% of serious pollution incidents by the water companies to minor incidents #GMB

I recently asked Jewish students at a leading UK university if they saw a future for themselves here. Not one said yes. Today Hatzolah ambulances, whose sole purpose is to save life - ANY life - are burned in London. A country where Jews no longer feel they have a future is already in crisis.

When the wife's at work I put the washing in together on a 40 quick wash, no one notices the difference, washing machine didn't explode, and it was done simply rather than 12 separate 4 hour washes, you're wrong Lucy. Obviously I can't tell you you're wrong, but you're wrong.
