It’s very funny that some people act like James Gunn is some comic book guru when his superhero movies tend to be very unfaithful to the source material. Things like TDK trilogy are way more comic accurate than the Guardians trilogy.

I personally don't understand why it's become the norm to shit on Man of Steel. I remember when it released people had some issues with the final act of the film but ultimately it was still considered pretty solid. Now people act like it's a crime against cinema.

@IMDBorg Before Nolan, the view on Batman was wildly different. No one cared about the killing rule or no-gun rule for starters.
But there was a vocal group of Burton fans who hated the realistic look of Batman Begins. It was often compared to X-Men.
