Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. And, weak men create hard times. Government: Let's try not dying en masse. Most people: Yeah, sounds good. The "good times" crowd: Tyrannical Oppression!!!

@Naim__Ali Nazi concentration camps held more than just Jewish people. Gays, lesbians, anyone who spoke out against the party line, foreigners, the infirm, and anyone who didn't fit the Aryan archetype were rounded up as well.

@TheAKGuy It's Obama's deal, they'll just crossout his name and add Trump's. That's what $14 billion and gets you with Trump, same deal we had, minus all those allies we've been insulting.

Ending our involvement in Iran is a must. So far 13 Americans have died, and that’s 13 too many. I’m excited to see what kind of deal is being struck, hopefully one that is not only a win for the United States, but one that opens up the people of Iran to a bright future.

@benlandautaylor Depends on the chariot really. As far as how the fighting was done... It's incredibly well documented, in observations, training manuals, and treaties on tactics. As far as how is it better than horseback, weight. Horses can pull more than they can carry.

It's wild how we we know that chariots were THE dominant weapon in ancient warfare for many centuries but historians don’t agree on how you actually FOUGHT from a chariot, and there's no satisfying account of how it’s better than just riding a horse besides being rad as hell.

Should we talk about how disgusting American cities have become? There's trash everywhere. How is this acceptable?

@Abort_To_Orbit @MattisRedacted Correct. Even if what needs to be fixed is completely expected maintenance, being as the vast majority of people know nothing about how USN ships operate on any level, blaming it on Iranian sabotage is still a win for the war mongers.

@dad_kin @MattisRedacted If I understand, this is a good point. Even if Iran had hit it with a missile, the USN would likely be fine admitting that because: 1) No one appears to have died & 2) The ship remained active, and 3) More basis for US retaliation. Mutiny on other hand would be 🇮🇷 propaganda coup

Trump said we don’t even know who’s in charge in Iran or who to talk to! And now he says we’re having “very good conversations” with them Is he a bad liar or just stupid?

@Matt_Pinner Eggs, bread, mayonnaise, and pepper? A pan to cook it in, and a stove that works... We have drastically different views of what constitutes "rough times". For some, this picture is an embarrassment of riches.

@HLC_actual For completely different reasons, I completely agree. Buff should be air dropping them into Tehran in those "ICE" cars they aren't using here because it's too identifiable.

Dear Cadbury, “From Cadbury this season.” What season? Go on, say it. It’s EASTER. You are selling EASTER eggs for the EASTER SEASON. How dare you profit off a Christian holiday while erasing its Christian origins. They are Easter eggs. It is Easter. Shame on you.

@magaxiom @TicTocTick @Jennyjinx Also, in many regions in the USA LGP or Propane is trucked to people's houses, and stored in onsite tanks. It's mostly only cities that bother to install the infrastructure to pipe it directly into homes. Anywhere remotely rural wouldn't even bother with the pipes.

@magaxiom @TicTocTick @Jennyjinx However, due to regional constraints, some regions do use LGP that is mostly butane, but that doesn't really change how it's used much.

Many of you in America don’t know that in most poor countries, cooking gas is not piped. It comes in cylinders. These are cylinders filled with LPG. My sources have told me the South Asian counties do not have any LPG left. Folks can’t cook food now.
